Don’t worry – you’re not on your own! We have put together resources and information to help you solve any problems that you might have as a mentor. You can use the resources below, or speak to us and let us know if you have any other questions or problems.

Being a Khuluma mentor isn’t always easy. Sometimes you will feel tired and some of the things you hear from your group might make you feel sad or upset. You are not a trained counsellor and you are not expected to always have an answer. It is important to understand your limits. If you do need to talk to someone else about a problem you can speak to someone in the Khuluma team who can try to help you (XXXX). If you are feeling stressed you won’t be able to support other people – you must also look after yourself!
